Back from a second time.

Pros: Back to Columbus and had to stay here again. Great beds, shower, and the breakfast is so good. Front desk girls were very nice. Good location close to lots of shopping.

Pros: The hotel was central to our venues, had lots of returants and shopping nearby, and was very clean. Breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

Welcoming & very comfortable after long day of driving

Pros: Room was so comfortable. Bed was super. Coffee maker 👍. Free bottled water & $1 for can sofa, & cookies in lobby

Cons: Would have liked more bread variety at breakfast. Didn’t see any wheat bread for toast.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

Cons: Nothing about the property that I didn’t like. However I didn’t like how expensive it was and I would assume it was up charged due to the Buckeye Country fest going on the same day we arrived. It seems all the hotels increased their price significantly.

Pros: I called and was able to speak to Alexis at the front desk about an after midnight check-in on a sold-out night, and she was very helpful. The 3rd shift person who I can't remember her name was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent.

Pros: I come every May to the early television museum in Hilliard. This is an excellent location for me. It’s right near the interstate 70 and it’s in a quiet area. Been coming here now 5 different times.

Cons: I don’t have dislikes.
