A 4-Star Experience for a 3-Star Price

Pros: Hotel was clean, pretty, and well air conditioned. The door to our room was very sturdy and secure, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with no unpleasant odors in the bathroom or bedroom.

Cons: The sliding door window in the room led to a balcony, separated from other rooms' balconies by a short wall, easily crossed. This in theory provides an unsecured way into the hotel room from other rooms. The locks on the sliding door window did not work, rather a metal bar was provided to bar the window shut.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful top to bottom. Staff were all super friendly, room was big and clean, guiet and ample parking. Will be back there next time through Columbus. No complaints!!

Our stay was very pleasant and we were able to rest in a very nice and clean room.

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant and we were able to rest in a very nice and clean room. The bathroom was also very clean and had everything needed. The pool was located in a very nice area but unfortunately, we arrived late and were not able to use it. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Cons: The restaurant selection and prices. More variety and more reasonable prices could have complete the great experience that we have. We actually went out of the hotel for breakfast.

Fun, and full of adventure.

Pros: I loved the pool I thought it was great and surprisingly warm for indoor water! I also love the architecture it’s very modern and it feels almost like walking through the Wexner center.

Cons: The only things I really disliked were the lack of a microwave and the fact that we didn’t get an outdoor balcony other than that the place is perfect.
