Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbus West

I would definitely recommend

Pros: The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Online it was described as “free breakfast included” which was a little misleading. I was looking forward to eggs prepared hot and fresh rather than boiled. The staff at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Our rooms were very clean comfortable, and quiet.

Always good to see family and find a hotel close to all of them that we enjoy!

Pros: Charlotte that worked the front desk was always smiling and very helpful. We were traveling with an 11 month old and needed a high chair seat for the dining area. She was right on it and spoke with the kitchen personnel and found one that we used both mornings we were there. All of our interactions with Charlotte were nice. She was genuinely a kind person!

Cons: An ibuprofen was left on the floor in my son's room and we were lucky the 11 month old did not find it. They did switch rooms for them just to be on the safe side so it all worked out.

Very nice and affordable.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. I also liked the pool, that they had a children’s play area, was pet friendly and central.

Cons: The breakfast selection.

Pros: The location was great, there were many food options in the area. It easy to get on the highway from the location as well. The room was clean and was very nice. The staff during check in and check out were very nice as well very welcoming and made the whole process seem less.

Pros: Great customer service 👏, the pool was amazing, the room was very nice and big . I will definitely stay again

Pros: I liked everything about the hotel. Loved the lady working the front desk.

Cons: Only thing I can say is that they didn’t serve breakfast meat on the weekend so that was a little disappointing.

Stay here often, always a good experience

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating Early check in with ease

Cons: stayed in room 204 temperature was hard to regulate had on cool at 60 the entire night to have a comfortable temperature in the room
