Great location for people traveling.

Pros: Perfect location for our travels. Good staff and nice breakfast

Cons: Didn’t like being double charged “due to them being booked full for the night” and not being told until I seen it on my bank account.

Very quiet. Mattress comfortable. Hot shower with good pressure.

Convenient location & great staff

Pros: Location was convenient. Room was nice (once we got resituated - see below). Staff was friendly & helpful (see below). Bed was comfortable. Lots to see and do in Columbus, so we will be back for a longer stay.

Cons: The first room we tried seemed nice ... until we opened the door to the bathroom. It immediately smelled of stale, mildewed towels. The front desk immediately gave a new room that was fine. The breakfast was okay, but needed more variety. That was alright, though, because it gave us the opportunity to find some great cafes and coffee shops. Though the bed was fine, the pillows were not comfortable. This miniature 'marshmallow' type pillows are always too thick for me and I end up with a stiff neck the next morning. All-in-all, a good hotel.

Pros: Location was excellent! Very close to the highway and plenty of shops, stores and restaurants. Additionally breakfast was decent.

Cons: The wifi was very poor and didn't work much of my stay.

Excellent budget hotel with great amenities

Pros: Everything was clean, there was a good, hot breakfast with make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, bagels/toast, yogurt, coffee, and juice. There is a coffee maker and fridge in the room, and bed was comfy. Lots of parking and the amenities were great for the price. What we liked best, however, was that the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, especially the front desk person - I wish I had gotten her name because she made the stay so pleasant. We were in town for a concert, but if we ever go back we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons: It’s a bit awkward accessing the property from the main road but more of a small inconvenience than anything else.
