Pros: The location was convenient but too close to highway. Fascilities and standard was good. Staff was just ok, but during this visit I noticed that service is perhaps not the strongest focus in US these days. Breakfast was fine, could be some more salads and vegetables.

Cons: Service of the staff and breakfast options.

Very clean, great accomodations, good breakfast...needs to do better with recycling efforts.

Pros: Nice kitchen and fridge. Nice big tv. Room was very clean.

Cons: Need to identify what can be recycled into the recycling bins. Also, too much wasteful packaging on coffee cups and plasticware and food.

Pros: Just like Home, I had everything I needed to be comfortable 😌.

Cons: When I had to leave, everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Pros: First time visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Almost everything exceeded my expectations. You really took to heart the traveler's needs and comfort in your design.....the shades, the temp (so easy to control), loved the kitchenette and desk area (so efficient and pleasant), the bathroom, sparkling clean and efficient. I will definitely stay again!

Cons: Pillows were too soft and I couldn't figure out the lighting in the bathroom.

Will definitely be coming back when we travel to Columbus again!

Pros: Everyone was very nice and communication was fantastic!

Cons: The pillows were very soft- made it kind of hard to sleep. But that’s the only thing ☺️

In town for a christian concert

Pros: The entire experience was perfect. The facility and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with fresh and warm items. But the best was the staff who went out of there way to insure that our stay was perfect. An excellent stay and we will surely return.

Pros: it feels safe for kids nice people quiet and peaceful

Very relaxing, calm, very positive environment at night as well.

Pros: It was very clean and updated and the safety features were a huge perk! Front desk workers were always sweet and kind as well but Shelia (I think was her name) checked us in and answered every weird or random question I had.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there wasn’t free WiFi. Normally nice hotels like this one would have free WiFi, and having four kids that is not the most important thing but very helpful keeping them occupied with free time.

Very nice stay

Pros: The rooms are very clean and spacious. It smelled so clean in the lobby and our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room got nice and cold. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
