Pros: Bed is amazing. Dark room because of the blinds. Great concept of room layout.

Pros: The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the building was very calm.

Cons: Mold in the shower.

Pros: The man at the desk checked me in after checking my wife in previously (about 30 mins prior), and before he gave me my key card, he said no, wait, let me see some ID to make sure I am who I said I was and that it was possible someone could of heard my wife say that she would be in 302 and claimed to be me. I was really appreciative of that. It was really security minded, and I made sure to tell him that as well. In these crazy times, it was refreshing to see someone be so aware of what could happen and be that mindful.

Cons: The traffic noise lol

Pros: The breakfast was not very good. The location was convenient for us.

Pros: The breakfast was an actual breakfast and the hotel was super clean!

Cons: The indoor pool was kind of cold like it was not heated.

Safe, clean, and quiet made for a pleasant stay.

Pros: When we arrived I was told our reservation had been canceled and the hotel was booked. The clerk was very sympathetic as this had happened with others with reservations through Booking.com. After searching she found a room that had not been secured. After several attempts contacting the person who had booked the room failed she contacted the manager who approved giving us the room. Great communications between the manager and clerk! Please note that this was the first time this ever happened with Booking.com whom we've used almost exclusively for several years without a problem so I expect it will be a communication issue to iron out between Avid and Booking.com. Very nice clean and modern. The breakfast was very nice. Good healthy food selection. The electric window blind worked well and the sound effects in the elevator were clever. We would stay there again should we return to Hilliard.

Cons: There was nothing we can think of that we didn't like.

Beds Very comfortable, exceptional clean and spartan.

Pros: Very clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the coffee machine downstairs and availability of tea.

Cons: I did not think the breakfast area was open long enough, especially on weekends. It should be open until at least 10 am or 10:30 am every day.

Pros: Very clean, room had lots of space, and places to hang clothes and store suitcases.

Cons: Lobby was full of people, a kids birthday party was taking place due to the pool being closed for maintenance. Apparently it was family of an employee.

Pros: Nice, clean facility. Simple, Scandinavian-like style. Has the best pillows in the industry.

Cons: I wish that breakfast was provided a little longer on the weekend. They stop serving at 9:00, which is fine during the week, but 10:00 or 11:00 would be nice on the weekend. Also, no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, which is not a big deal. I guess that's just kind of keeping in their simple clean motif.

Pros: The lady at the desk was FABULOUS I wish I got her name.
