Hyatt Place Columbus/Dublin

Pros: Staff helpful and friendly nothing too much for them to help you with. Ladies on reception were so lovely and helpful. Zoe the best 👌

Cons: Didn't have a car was the only drawback. Bit far out ,but ubers were handy and very reasonable

Great room and lovely staff

Pros: Size of the room was a great surprise. Room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was a bonus and was enjoyable. The young girl at reception and the elderly lady at the bar were lovely and friendly.

Cons: Nothing not to dislike.

The hotel itself is a wonderful place to relax. The staff goes beyond and above for their guests. The pool needs a touch

Pros: The staff was wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is nothing missing to make your stay there a great experience.

Cons: The pool needs a little touch up. It was quite dirty and pieces of concrete were missing which could be dangerous for the people swimming in there especially for kids.

Pros: Great hotel, nice location near highway, quiet even if near the highway, clean, new shower, good breakfast, enough parking car.

Cons: Nothing bad except no iron. We asked for a iron and they gave us one that didn't work. Was not a big deal.

Overall good stay.

Pros: Breakfast was great and plenty of choices....location was also good....easy access t o expressways.

Cons: The tub was too pitched and made it slippery when wet. Maybe needed something on the bottom of tub to prevent sliding.

Great location to stay if you're in Columbus

Pros: Great location, spacious room and decent breakfast service. Lots and lots of food places with walking distance from hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

My husband couldn't stop talking about how nice the place was.

Pros: Left before breakfast. Room was very nice, quiet, & comfortable . We enjoyed our stay . Front desk workers were friendly and very helpful .

Cons: Only complaint was the traffic at night was noisy, Air brakes, the semi's can wake a person up.

Clean, comfy, nice size room

Pros: I stay here once a year . Up to date , CLEAN , no noise , great size room , lots of lighting , free parking , comfy bed, blankets and pillows. Staff was nice. Didn’t try the free breakfast. Lots of food within 2 min, mall across the street

Pros: My youngest daughter left items in the room after check-out. Your staff was exceptional in collecting the items, contacting me via phone call and leaving a detailed message, then greeted me with a smile at the time in which I arrived and inquired about the forgotten items. Those items were neatly bagged up and promptly located for me. The room was great, breakfast was very enjoyable and staff was elite!!

Cons: Just a point to be noted, at breakfast there is ice water set out in the dining area. A lot of people enjoy water in the morning. I notified the container with ice water was all ice and no longer water.

Pros: It was nice, clean, comfortable, and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too.
