Friendly, clean and quiet hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and facility, quiet and very good breakfast! Marked it in my good hotel list as very good.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable. the free breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. I am especially pleased when a hotel recycles, which it does.

Overall the stay was very comfortable

Pros: Quick check in! Nice clean room, locker, microwave in the room along with coffee maker. None of the housekeeping staff enters your room without you letting them know a day in advance. Which is a good thing. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows

Cons: The washroom tub doesn’t drain quickly while taking bath. My feet were submerged in atleast 4 inches standing water while taking shower. On my request a plumber or technical staff did visit to clean the drain but it didn’t solve the problem

Pros: A little underwelming welcome. That apart staff were great.

Cons: General knowledge of surrounding area was poor. Locality to NICE restaurants within walking distance restrictive.

This isn't the first time that we stayed at IGA it's a nice little chain and we appreciate everythin

Pros: The breakfast was filling I've had a nice time in the pool and I like the 12:00 check out

Cons: In order to have housekeeping services, they needed to be requested 24 hours in advance. The room and bathroom really need larger trash cans.

I was pleasantly surprised to stay here and felt safe and comfortable alone in this new hotel.

Pros: Excellent hot and cold breakfast with large eating space. Make your own pancakes and plenty of non-dairy options. Handicap accessible room on first floor was roomy and modern (even though I'm not handicapped). No screaming kids or doors slamming outside. Friendly guests and front desk staff.

Cons: Had to wait a while to get a staffer to check me in late in evening. I did not like the fact that a cleaning man in the morning knocked once and immediately tried to come in without waiting for a reply. If I didn't have the door lock on, he would have seen me in my pj's. Not cool. I complained to the front desk that morning.

Pros: This Holiday Inn totally met our expectations. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff kept up on replenishing and keeping it spotless. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly and overall I had a great time and would return.

Pros: The location was convenient to gas stations and shopping. I traveled to Columbus to have my retirement planning at SERS in downtown and hike to the local waterfalls. I made a weekend of it to go to the Columbus zoo the following day. This location was a nice fit in between all of that. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations of area stores and restaurants. I also like that coffee and tea were available around the clock.

Cons: I didn't care for the breakfast. I tried the cheese omelets and oatmeal. I settled for a muffin and juice. As a single person I was located next door to a family of children who were quite rowdy throughout the night. Next time I will be proactive and request the way from children.

Ideal Hotel

Pros: Hotel is centrally located to attractions, convenient store and restaurants.

Cons: The fire alarm went off while we were asleep at 1 a.m. Everyone had to vacate the building in the cold weather until it was cleared by the firefighters
