Great place for family!

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, staff was pleasant, rooms were clean and the accessibility was amazing.

Cons: There’s an extra fee for “in case” that I wasn’t aware of until we paid, but it does get refunded to you as long as you didn’t need it.

Worth it.

Pros: The location was great, the room was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I liked the extra large couch and desk in the room. Breakfast had lactose-free milk options, and that's always great. It was also easy to book.

Cons: The bathroom was tinier than I would've liked. It was hard to get to the toilet and shut the door at the same time. Could have been easier to deal with if it was a sliding door. The fridge also had a break in the seal and wouldn't close properly, but I let staff know and that was fine.

An enjoyable stay that was very low-key.

Pros: Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. It was relatively quiet for our stay which was also quite nice. Having the T.V. and internet access helped us to unwind in the evenings, and hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Cons: Due to understaffing, we never had our room serviced in the time we were there even after placing a request. Though we ultimately didn't need it, it was difficult at times to get to the front desk for service.

Nice stay comfortable room and beds and great breakfast.

Pros: Great place for short stay. I booked last few hours while I was on the trip and I liked it. The price was great for the family of 3 stay. I needed to pay extra for my cat staying with us. Which was a bit steep but it is rather standard for the industry.

Perfect for our Needs

Pros: We had a lovely room. Vey well designed with a living room and kitchen area. Plenty of room to move around and have guests visit. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Cons: While there was a lot of variety, the breakfast was mostly tasteless. I did appreciate that they had oat milk as I can't have dairy. The coffee was good!
