Pros: I staff was so friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft and plentiful. I was very impressed with the hotel.

A great location and a roomy retreat from the bustle of the busiest street on the island

Pros: The beds were super comfortable. The room was spacious and the shower was easy to operate and get in and out of

Cons: We didn’t have that much of a view from our room but the park was right across the street. We had a microwave and refrigerator but no utensils for eating. These are minor issues. We had a great experience

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Pros: The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. I appreciated being upgraded to a family suite. Having 2 entrances to the room was helpful too. The clock radio with the sound machine was helpful to drown out the noise from the neighboring bars!

Cons: Not enough sink space on the countertop and the sink was a bit too high for children to reach. The bed mattresses were not comfortable.

Wish we could stay longer.

We stayed here a few days around the Solar Eclipse 2024.

Pros: The unit was clean & spacious. The hosts were exceptional in making us feel comfortable. We had a balcony which looked out over the park & the marina. The location was right in the center of everything, including restaurants. They rent golf carts too & guests get a discount. We got the impression that it is under new management. When I called with questions or went to the desk, staff were always pleasant & helpful. The hotel is located next to a restaurant/bar but there are quiet hours. The rooms are private entrance & the upper floor requires a key card. Despite just opening for the season, our room was ready. -We actually forgot check-in time but our room happened to be ready early.

Cons: We have no complaints.

Pros: I love this hotel. I stay here everytime I come to put-in-bay!

Nice surprise on our first stay there.

Pros: The room was larger than we expected and lacks a wifi connection. Glad there were no more stairs than 1 flight. Upstairs was more secure than first floor. Friendly staff.
