Pros: Room was very spacious and comfortable. Located just outside of the heart of the restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly!

Cons: Coffee was not included in the stay nor was there a coffee maker in the room. I like the option to have coffee readily available to me when I travel.

Nice place. Crappie communication.

Pros: The pools and the tiki bar were great. Rooms were decent. The shower is set up weird. You get wet cold water sprayed on you to turn the shower on. All the staff were real nice.

Cons: I emailed several times before arriving because I had some questions and no one responded to any.

Great location with beautiful lake views.

Pros: The location was great. The pool area and tiki bar were nice. The staff was very friendly and helped us with more towels, pool towels and trash bags.

Cons: I had asked for rooms together and we had I on each floor instead. The tub in the bathroom was crazy slippery.

Great weekend. Will definitely stay again.

Pros: I wish there was a place to purchase a sit sown breakfast on site.

Cons: We rented a 2 cabanas on Saturday. The pool closer to the lake should be designated the adult only pool and both should be heated. We had a group of 15 and were all in the pool and 3 children brought huge pool floats over to the heated pool and were quite annoying and in the way with that many people in the pool.
