Pros: Bfast was good - it was super busy so they had some stocking issues keeping everything filled. Hotel was great - staff was excellent especially Andrea, Josh, and Little Debbie the shuttle driver.

Excellent winter getaway weekend

Pros: Everything! The staff was more than helpful and did everything they could to make out stay wonderful. The free shuttle was an unexpected bonus and the driver Debbie was terrific. We will be back.

Pros: The spaciousness of the suite was great as well as the cleanliness.

Cons: The shower. You have to walk into the shower to turn it on…and it’s not warm water to begin with! Lol

Pros: We have stayed here before and would do so again. The staff is helpful and friendly. Location is great. The breakfast has everything and is well stocked.

Cons: On ly problem we had was the heat , our room was rather chilly and there are no extra blankets in the room.

Pros: The breakfast was above average. Many choices and well supplied. Our room heater was a little noisy. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom could have used more hooks to hang towels on. The location was great for our trip.

Loved it! We would definitely go back !!

Pros: Breakfast was good and was kept replenished. We stayed in a suite overlooking part of the Sandusky Bay. We saw a bald eagle, two white swans, and herons! The staff was courteous and friendly! Hotel is very clean and well maintained!

Cons: The only thing that was an issue, was the door slams shut if you don't catch it. Some folks are not physically able to do this.

Pros: The hotel lobby, room, breakfast and pool were great. The room was clean and inviting as we stepped in. The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful which made my family and I feel safe and comfortable.

Cons: An outdoor pool would have been great but the indoor one did its job.
