The Wave at Marblehead

Stunning hotel in a great location!

Pros: Beautiful location right on the lake, stunning sunrise, food was delicious in the restaurant. Hotel was really top end, comfortable, great toiletries...couldn't fault this place!

THE WAVE IS AWESOME!!

Pros: My wife and I had an absolutely fabulous time at the Wave!! We appreciate how warm, welcoming, and accommodating the entire team there at The Wave is. The staff really care about their guests and enjoy being there! They pay attention to details and the little things that make their guests feel special! They went out of their way to surprise my wife on the day it was her birthday! I have never stayed at a place where the staff went out of their way like that!! They're a great team!! The rooms are spacious, clean. and really comfortable!! And the food at The Wave restaurant was fantastic!! We enjoyed both a special dinner and a delicious breakfast to start our day. The views of the lakes are awesome.We saw some spectacular sunrises out our suite window! If you're going to be in Marblehead or in the area I highly,highly recommend staying at The Wave!!

Cons: NOTHING!!

Lovely setting, comfortable room, great staff.

Pros: Staff were great. Very responsive. Across the street from the lake. Nice restaurant on the grounds.

Cons: Restaurant, not much for vegetarians. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to get first cup of coffee. Not much room in the bathroom to set anything down. Safe didn’t work.

Pros: The hotel room, amenities, bar, and restaurant were all wonderful.

Cons: The front desk staff were not friendly and borderline rude. I returned towels to the front desk after using them at the pool. I asked her to please make note on my account that they were turned in. I made this request because their was a statement when I picked them up that there that there would be charged to the room if they were not returned. She said, \

Pros: We had the lakeside suite. The view was exceptional!!! Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water was great

Pros: Relaxing .... great lake. View ...clean 4 star amenities . Courteous staff ...going back next year ....

Nice hotel with a great restaurant and staff

Pros: The staff was amazing. We left and item behind and they promptly sent it back without issue!

Cons: No direct lake access

Nice new facility and would stay again on the top floor.

Pros: Nice new motel by the lake. King Room was big with a nice shower. Bar/restaurant looked nice but have not ate there yet but will after checking out today.

Cons: Outdoor keypad didn't work for my code the 2nd and third nights but it was no big deal. Only issue was the people in the room above us must've had young kids because they were walking around until midnight every night keeping us awake.

Pros: EVERY staff member was friendly, professionnel and helpful. The kind of people that went out our their way to make our stay wonderful!
