Great mini vacation

Pros: Loved loved that it was right inside the park and convenient and the outdoor pool was fantastic and the service was great and the grounds were amazingly kept

Cons: Cost could have been better but I know we're paying for the convince and the food at the restaurants could have been better

Nice, clean hotel w great location to Cedar Point

Pros: Great location, loved Perkins Restaurant in hotel, food was great. Room, hotel and grounds very clean. Our room over looked Lake Erie with screened porch. Very nice hotel.

Cons: No coffee pot in room.

Overall the resort and location plus the amenities are by far 5 stars

Pros: We really love the location. I mean it was basically right in the park. We absolutely loved the fact that they would allow us to take the electric scooters into the facilities and up to the room. The location right on the beach made for easy access as well as amazing access to the park. They also had really cool bike taxis that would cruise you up and down the boardwalk. Did

Cons: Well, for the most part everything was fantastic except for some of the non-accommodating encounters we experienced.

Pros: It's right on Lake Erie and a short walk to Cedar Point. The staff is friendly. We got there 4 hours before check in time and they let us check in.

Cons: I paid for an extended check out but when we got back from the park we were locked out. We had to go to the front desk to get new key cards.

Very clean

Pros: Rooms were very nice and clean, lots of different places to eat , very close to the park and was nice to be able to go back and forth.

Cons: My room was paid in full, 8 months ago, took my card , told me I would not be charged was just to have a card on file, woke up next morning, almost 400 dollars was charged, told it would be put back on in 2 to 3 days, some people budget their money for vacation, I can see a 50.00 deposit for cleaning and such ,like any other hotel, but not 400, that was my vacation money, thats why it was paid in full so I wouldn't have any unexpected expenses.
