Great concept and perhaps initial accommodation for a family of more than 3 but the host and customer service is horribl

Pros: Spacious, great use of space, heating great for the snowy weather, great finishes.

Cons: 1. Stairs not great with heavy luggage 2. hosts don’t respond to queries- trash was full and did not respond how/where to discard so it piled up in the kitchen 3. I rebooked my stay- adjacent to the previous one (reduced occupants) and they took advantage of it and decided not to come through to clean and provide new towels/linens. Sent an email and request that it was a new booking and the ignored it. Escalated to booking.com customer service and nothing was still done.

Very Nice! Would recommend and stay again!

Pros: Loved the decor and space. The stained glass and leaded glass were very pretty.

Loved it sweet place

Pros: Location was amazing. Very clean cute room. The price for what we got was fantastic.

Cons: Bed was a little hard but that's a matter of opinion:) coffee maker needs a good clean.

Perfect

Pros: The uniqueness, the space, the location and the beds were so comfortable!

Cons: The heating system was very loud, but once you got used to it- it was fine

Great place to stay!

Pros: It was clean and comfy more than we expected as far as room and space.

Cons: A little loud for the stairs. Maybe carpets on it and the fact that it was a little chilly we couldn't get the thermos to work.

Pros: The decorations and the location. The comfort of the bed, and living room sofa, and just the general over all set up...

Cons: That I had to leave. It is a very modern, beautifully decorated apartment, which made me feel at home.

I expected to stay in a hotel, but it was more of a getaway, relaxing, quiet atmosphere type setting

Pros: The unit was extremely clean and very cozy and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back. I frequency point annually and this will be my go to place.

Cons: Toilet paper holder was crooked and broken, and the garbage can top frame. Top frame was broken by previous.guests. Other than that five stars.

Amazing!! I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The property was absolutely beautiful!!! Only a few minutes from Cedar Point and the town had such charm!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was how loud the family above us was. They woke up early and the floors were very creaky due to the age of the building and it sounded like they were stomping around.

Pros: The aesthetics.The bedroom was lovely. The large table in the kitchen area provided a great work space.

Cons: The HVAC system was so incredibly noisy that I could hear it running out in the hallway before going into the unit. Fortunately, I could shut the system down. Unfortunately, it was a hot night and it would have been nice to have AC. This seriously was a flaw.
