Great Hotel great location service was under par

Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the rooms and the general the whole hotel

Cons: The breakfast meat and eggs were cold. And took forever to be refilled. During the check-in they could not figure out how to add my points to my Best Western card. During checkout in the morning there was no staff available I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to come from another hotel to check me out.

Cons: Pool war leider wegen Renovierung geschlossen, dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich

All and all it was a comfortable stay. Nothing special

Pros: Didn't experience your breakfast. Stopped serving at 9:00.

Cons: Most places we have stayed stop serving breakfast at 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends. It was around 9:30 and everything already cleaned up gone. We'll make sure to check first next time we need a hotel.

It was a very quiet and relaxing experience.

Pros: Breakfast area was very clean and spacious with a variety of food choices. Waffles were wonderful.

Cons: The plasticware was a little too flimsy to cut the waffle but everything else was great.

Pros: Stayed in hotels for past 14 days. This was the best one yet. Better then the $250 hotels. Clean, new furnishings, friendly staff, great breakfast selection.

Cons: He concerns at all. They could have easily charged more based on quality.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, close to many other amenities.

Pros: Staff was great, very available, responsive, happy to help. And pet friendly!

Cons: Room was a little smaller than we anticipated for a party of 5, so there was no room for a roll-out bed or cot. Also, breakfast concludes at 10, but we had to ask at 9:15 for replenishments, and they were out of several things.
