A great stay

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff was also excellent.

Best pool out of em all!

Pros: The pool is absolutely amazing and the rest of the hotel is gorgeous! During the week they make your breakfast to order and then weekends they have the buffet! All cement floors so there were no noise complaints which makes taking 6 kids a lot easier!

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel

Everything we needed for our stay

Pros: The location was perfect for our daughter's wedding. There was a snow storm the night before which made the close location so valuable! The fitness center has a good assortment of cardio & resistance equipment (dumbbells & Bosu bodyweight core device). The bed & pillows were comfortable. Water was hot. Breakfast was highly satisfying with many options including gluten free for our daughter. Staff was friendly. Décor was modern yet comfortable. Hilton Embassy Suites was able to provide for our needs on a very important day for our family, extended family & friends who also chose to stay there for our wedding! Has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker & refrigerator in room. Recommend.

Cons: Things I didn't like but are minor: Shower water pressure is the first thing to come to mind of things I would like better but was acceptable. We chose a King bedroom with the walk in shower & the shower door wasn't the best to keep the shower water in the stall. Perhaps additional caulking is needed. Each shower left a puddle on the floor requiring additional towels to absorb the water. Housekeeping was great to provide the towels we needed. Minor food stains were on the walls. The bath mirror was great to help me prepare for the wedding however one of the bulbs was much dimmer than the other three sides. Left bulb needs replaced. One day, there were unsupervised young people under the age of 18 playing in the Fitness Center room. But, they did not stay long & I was able to workout. Lastly, we requested interconnecting rooms yet none were available upon arrival. Communication through booking.com was very slow or non existent. Wait for the elevator was a bit concerning especially at breakfast & check out times. I would like to see more stairs availability (other than emergency only) for those trying to get their steps in for the day.

Would recommend this hotel!

Pros: Pool was nice with good hours, very convenient complimentary reception, restaurants food was tasty and reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast selection, the most friendly front desk staff that I have ever met!!!!!!! The front desk was so friendly and welcoming when entering the lobby, getting off elevators, checking in/out, etc.

Cons: The shower wasn’t hot, the pools changing/bathroom had stall doors with no locks

We were looking for a cheap place to stay for the weekend, and discovered this is now our favorite h

Pros: The breakfast was great, all fresh, they also had an evening happy hour providing free drinks and snacks, staff was super friendly and nice, they sang happy birthday to my girlfriend when they found out it was her birthday.

Cons: Only issue was no bags in the trash cans when we first got to the room, but that was easily fixed by calling the front desk

Pros: Breakfast and the open happy hour and the pool is beautiful, good price, staff was professional.

Cons: Needed more staff during check in. Line was long but the staff stayed over her shift to make sure everyone got checked in There was a pitcher bug in the room crawling on the headboard The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the bar thru the mattress. I'm a thicker woman but not overweight. Thin mattress and it was dirty underneath the couch where you pull the mattress out.

Pros: The staff was very helpful, and extremely friendly. They regularly engaged us when we encountered them! The hot buffet was good also, and the staff there was great!

Cons: The televisions are old and need brought up to date. The selection of channels was average and hard to find. One of the televisions in our room was actually a computer monitor, which cut off some of the screen. The queen size bed was small, but comfortable.

Pros: Het hotel was keurig en correct. Elke dag werd er netjes schoongemaakt. Ook de galerijen waren altijd schoon. Het personeel is behulpzaam en correct. Ook de kamers zijn netjes onderhouden.

Great customer service!

Pros: Great customer service. The check in and check out was effortless! The only place I like to stay when I am in Columbus
