The Best In Middletown

Pros: From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we only experienced super friendly staff, a very comfortable modern room, a great breakfast and couldn't believe the included community dinner. For sure, will stay here again.

We had a very good stay and will be using Drury Inns from now on.

Pros: Breakfast was good with lots of choices to satisfy everyone. The lady responsible for breakfast was awesome, personally greeting everyone and promoting the hotel, providing other locations for future travel. The location of the hotel was handy to the highway we were traveling on.

Cons: We came at a time when the hotel was full of children's football teams and their parents did not keep them under control. They were running and playing in the halls after 11p.m. However this was not the fault of the hotel and when we complained the staff member on duty came up and stopped it.

Bed was very comfortable & breakfast was awesome

Pros: The breakfast was awesome. Not to see a hotel that offers both breakfast and dinner along with feee drinks that was definitely a plus. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy.

Cons: There seemed to be limited blankets and I called to get a few extras but they only had ine available!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at definitely worth the money

Pros: When we arrived we were greeted by Jason, this interaction set the tone for the rest of our stay. Jason was friendly and helpful from check-in and through dinner service. Our room was clean and very comfortable, I will definitely be staying again. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Help in time of trouble .

Pros: Thank you for your kindness toward my family and I .My brother had passed away at Kettering Hospital and my sister and two nephews had flown up from Texas .They were waiting for their flight and we took over the cafeteria and lounge till they had to leave.Thank you for being so gracious.
