Was a nice get away, relaxing

Pros: The Staff was very professional, rate was really good, they have good breakfast, the place is updated and was very clean.Close to mang restaurants, gas stations, and outlet mall.

Cons: The only issue we had was we reserved one queen room handicap room for me. Mine was available ready and clean. We also reserved a double room but when my daughter opened door trash was everywhere Staff waaxvery apologetic and gave her another room he didn't have a double available so she had to take a King but it was clean and ready.

Pros: Breakfast was plenty for me. I liked to be able to use the coffee maker to heat my Oat latte which I brought with me and also for my packet of Oat cereal.

Cons: Nowhere to hang my clothes

Beaumont is our mini home away from home.

Pros: We stay there about every 3 months, to visit our children. Every time we are met with exceptional service.

Cons: It's takes us 3.5 hours to get there.:)

Other than the very hard mattress the hotel was nice and clean.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Everything was close by and easy to find.

Cons: The king size bed was a board. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. After a day of travel to get there, little sleep was got because of the extremely uncomfortable bed. No box spring just a metal frame and mattress.

Pros: Everything was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was ready and delicious.

Pros: Breakfast was just cereal, waffles, muffins, and some bacon and eggs that didn't look very appealing.

Cons: The staff was circling us while we made our breakfast. Almost like they were monitoring how much we got. Made me very uncomfortable.

Pros: Very nice stay the bed was very comfortable, soft, & clean. The room was nice. We like the fact it had a microwave and little refrigerator in the room. Also, a very nice big TV.

Cons: We didn't like the fact that when we first got there that their system was down. They did apologize a few times for the inconvenience. Their were other people that couldn't check in as well, when we arrived. I did ask if their was a discount for the wait. The answer I got was we on waiting on an answer, I assume from corporate. But I know that was excuse.

Definitely adequate for our needs.

Pros: I Like the coffee on all day. Hard boiled eggs was a good feature. The bed slept nicely. I was a little concerned when I saw the metal bed springs, but nonetheless it slept well. Lots of plugs for chargers!!!

Cons: The shower cut in and out and was very curved and slippery. Scary. The room had the feel of incompleteness, though we did not suffer. Maybe it was the coat and pants rack just hanging on the wall by the window. The TV was totally useless. Why even have one if the ROKU does not even serve up local channels? I was taking the luggage buggy into the parking lot and it was so steep the rack just took off and we caught it before it hit a car.

Stay was great we traveled to Ohio to go to traders world and the casino. Had a wonderful stay trip.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was great for what we traveled to Ohio for. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The price for the stay was cheaper than I expected.
