Nice room, great breakfast, reasonable price!

Pros: Sheets were awesome and bed very comfortable! The breakfast selection was very good! Well above average for a hotel breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean!

Cons: Somehow, after we checked in, our room was also given to another person who used their key and walked in on us! They were as shocked as we were (thankfully, neither of us had just stepped out of the shower). Next morning after breakfast, we found that our keys had been deactivated and our names was no longer on the occupant list!

Pleasant stay at an awesome facility!

Pros: I was happy with everything. Updated facilities, nice furnishings, and clean. Good breakfast too!

Cons: I couldn't get cookies because I wasn't a reward member. Lame. I paid for the room, can't put cookies out there and not let me partake! LOL

My stay was great. Would book again.

Pros: They hotel staff was great. Clean lobby and halls.

Cons: The bathroom of my hotel didn't look very clean.

I've downloaded the app and will be setting up an account. We will stay at Holiday Inn Express again

Pros: Breakfast was good. They had oatmeal!!! My husband went for seconds on biscuits and gravy.

Cons: Beds are too tall! Short people like me feel like we're climbing Mt. Everest to get into bed. Frankly, it could be dangerous as it's easy to slip off the edge of the bed.

Vey good stay would stay again

Pros: Property was clean, bed/ pillows were very comfortable

Cons: Only complaint was the bagels at breakfast were rock hard…rest of the breakfast was very good

Cons: Everything was fine. I cannot think of anything we did not like.

This stay made my mini vacation worth it!!

Pros: I Loved the Breakfast it had so many choices and was very good. My room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. I really enjoyed Paris who works at the front desk and Craig who does the breakfast. They are both very precious people.

Cons: I didn’t like being able to hear the people in the room above me walking across the floor.

Cons: The ice machine on the first floor was the only one working.

Very happy will always stay there when we visit family

Pros: Staff help, breakfast, laundry facilities and comfort and the bed were wonderful and comfortable. The staff and the maid service were great. I needed quarters and the front desk offered that. I also like the fact that you could get coffee all the time.

Cons: I would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi tub however, I could not find that on the website as an option. if that is available, I would like to know how to get those rooms. I would like to be able to check in earlier then 3 o'clock I wish the check in time was at 1:00. We drive straight through from Minnesota, and we are exhausted after a 10-hour drive.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The pancake maker was out of order, other items were fine
