Pros: Very friendly staff. Helped with straightening out reservation.

Cons: The TV did not work in one of the rooms and was a smaller TV. No microwave in the other room.

Perfect!

Pros: We had the best stay in room 319, super clean and comfy. Staff was so kind even with our late arrival and we were so happy with our stay. Jacuzzi was clean, bed was amazingly perfect, we couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks again, Amanda Arthur

This hotel is a gem.

Pros: Rhonda was absolutely amazing. So polite and courteous and very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Extremely affordable. Will definitely stay here again. Didn’t have breakfast yet but I am sure it will be delicious.

Cons: The only negative is the King size bed. It was lumpy and not comfortable. Ramada definitely needs to upgrade their beds. I would suggest The Purple Mattress.

Mount Sterling, KY Ramada was fine. Booking.com accessibility after original scheduling, was ugly.

Our stay was great. Would recommend. Would stay again if in the area to stay.

Pros: The staff was super friendly. The room that we were upgraded to was really big with a mini fridge, microwave and 3! sinks. I was overall impressed with the room. The room was in the back so it wasn't really that noisy so we could get some rest.

Pros: Location was great. Lobby was decorated beautifully. Front desk staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory and dining area was very nice. No vending or ice machine on our floor.

Cons: Non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. One bath towel appeared to be dirty, no attention to detail with cleaning. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast staff; one woman completely inattentive, the other was great!
