Basic but pleasant place for small families

Pros: Pleasant and quiet location with good space for a small family. It was great to have a full kitchen and a yard for the kiddo to run around in. Nice to have the carport, although it is very short and our car just barely fit. I couldn't open the liftgate when it was in there.
