Pros: Breakfast good. Our host excellent, helpful & efficient. Cheerful

Cons: The humming noise that did end until after 11pm. We heard it was from lights of adjoining restaurant. Most irritating.

The hotel was very accommodating and staff very nice.

Pros: The staff were friendly and attentive. The staff were all very welcoming!!

Cons: The hotel needs updates.. get rid of the dirty carpet in the elevator and replace with tile. The bedding needs to be replaced. The bed skirting need to be replaced. The tub was dark and needed resurfaced. Get rid of carpet in the dining area so the employees can clean it with efficiency.

We were happy with the stay. Love the check in by not stopping at the front desk. That’s perfect! We went to grab breakf

Pros: Location is great. We come back every 6 months to Fort Wayne

Cons: There was a pair of men’s dirty socks in the bathroom on the shelf. The body soap in the bathroom was empty. ☹️

we loved our room, just wish the other guests were quieter at times

Pros: the room was very clean. breakfast had many options.

Cons: the sound carries through the building. the pool area was close to our room and the others guests were very loud while using the facility. the sound carried to our room. it did get noticeably quieter when pool hours ended and the sports team staying went somewhere else.

I love the staff and everything else was just fabulous. And I mean everything. I will definitely stay there when I come

Pros: It was beautiful and easily accessible and within 15 minutes of where we went on Saturday, which is the whole reason we needed to stay overnight

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It was beautiful and well cared for.

Pros: Major town on our way to Columbus OH. We stayed in Hampton's on our trip and enjoyed them all!

Pros: The rooms were clean,nice size rooms the breakfast was good.The employees were very nice and helpful.

Cons: The pool smelled really strong of bleach ,couldn't even stay in the same room as the pool.

Pros: Very nice desk staff, good breakfast and easy access off the interstate. Good restaurants in the surrounding area- Thai Garden was 5 minutes down the road and delicious!
