Indigo Pass Boutique Hotel

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised how cute it was. The only complaint is the walls are thin and our neighbors watched TV late into the night! But it was clean and cozy and cute!

Cons: The walls were a little thin and the location at first seemed a little curious - but it all worked out!

The stay was a good value for the money and it was a comfortable 2 nights in the room.

Pros: Directions and access were well communicated and easy to follow. Message to the property management had a prompt response. Inside the unit was very clean - bath, bed and sitting area. We couldn’t get one light to work and several bulbs were missing from the ceiling light. The tv looks like it might be falling off the wall but it did work for the little time we used it.

Cons: The exterior of the building had old trash all around and was not very welcoming. The elevator entrance and elevator itself felt like some maintenance was in order. The “hotel” lobby part was very clean as was the actual corridor to our room.

Best kept secret! Quiet, quaint and cute!

Pros: Indigo pass is super cute! I love that it’s in the middle of the city and close to everything that I need. It’s the best kept secret!

Cons: The entrance to the building is not kept up very well, the floor walking in to the foyer is greasy and the elevator floor is sticky. I believe it’s due to the restaurant attached to the building and it may not be the responsibility of the hotel but since the space is shared, I would expect it to be kept up a kilt better. Floor degreaser would be an easy fix.

Fantastic unique space!

Pros: Nicely decorated, unique space, quiet, clean, comfortable, and walking distance to my event.

Pros: Very unique property, secluded and quiet. Nice restaurants within walking distance and great coffee shop. The room was adorable and clean. Very happy with our stay.

Cons: My only complaint was the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, it only went down two degrees for our whole stay and was set to 69 but stayed at 78. They did have a fan in the room for us so that was helpful.

Once the elevator opened the doors my jaw dropped and I was very happy with everything I saw.

Pros: I thought the decor was classy and definitely in style. All the amenities that I needed were there. I would definitely say \

Cons: There were only two things I had a problem with. I really felt I needed a lock on the inside of the door. Especially as a single woman I don't know who has access to the codes. It would have made me feel safer even if it was just a hook and eye. The other thing was walking from the parking to get to the secured floor with sketchy. So much so I went to Walmart and bought some mace. I also stayed on the phone with somebody until I was on my floor. I probably wouldn't even thought twice about it if I was with someone. But when I came back from Miami for Mom's weekend at night I was nervous. Especially walking from the back parking lot. I'm sure the area is safe but these days you have to be cautious.

Pros: I thought the location was cool and the process of getting into the hotel and room was neat.

Cons: The smell was a bit sour in the hallway but did not smell in the room. The comforter for the bed was a queen comforter on a king bed so that to be covered by the comforter if my wife had been with me, we would have had to spoon all nite long. If you sleep toward the edge of the bed you aren't covered. Also, the shower curtain needed to be hung a little farther back into the shower so when wet it doesn't drip on the bathroom floor but into the shower.

Pros: The vibe in there is so cute I deff will be back again.

Cons: the AC in the first room went out so I did have to move but once I got to the other one it was nice. it was kind of hard to find but once I called I found it . Also my last night the out door wouldn't open so I was kind of trapped in there.

Bed was comfy, love the vibe of the room and spaces in the hallway. A good size for two. 30 minutes from Oxford, OH

Pros: Cool concept-a hidden gem on the third floor of a multi use building. Modern, comfortable and clean

Cons: I had trouble locating the main entrance to the building and parking. The entrance is located on the side of the building.
