While it was a short stay, it was excellent.

Pros: The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The updates were nice for being in a more historic neighborhood. It is close to everything. Downtown Cleveland is less than 30 minutes. Great communication from the host.

Cons: N/A, we loved it. So much better than a hotel with the kids.

Great time with the family for a short getaway.

Pros: There was plenty of space. For us to be together and we were able to eat together as a family. The location was convenient to the adventures we took as a family. The neighborhood was quiet. Rooms were spacious. I see great potential for this home as an Air B&B and can see that it is a work in progress. Jennifer was great to answer our concerns and acted quickly.

Cons: I did not like the overuse of extension cords throughout the home. Having 3 first responders in our group these kind of things are very noticeable. May I suggest new knobs for the gas cook stove? This was a concern of mine as I am fearful of carbon monoxide poisoning. The back yard was a nice space for the dogs to run but with all of the overgrowth in the driveway and yard made it very unappealing. I would suggest trimming the overgrowth in the driveway and backyard and removing the excess debris, bicycle, and the basketball hoop that is broken. The central air conditioning needs some repair work too. These are merely suggestions as it was obvious you are fairly new to the Air B&B world and believe you will be very successful if you spend a little time on the home. Overall we had a great time and would rent this house again in the future after a little more time is spent on it.
