Pros: The breakfast was good. The lovely black lady, working breakfast is amazing. I travel through twice a month, and she is incredibly professional, kind and friendly.

Cons: The front desk clerk, gave me 1 key for 3 people, she did not honor my request, and I was almost charged twice. I told her 3 times, I prepaid with booking.com, she tried to run my cash app card. Luckily I only leave so much cash on it. I had asked for ground floor( my mom is handicapped) She said no, she couldn’t find my request. She also couldn’t find my members number, but a week prior the front desk clerk was amazing and found it

Great stay in Anderson

Pros: Exceptional, friendly staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed. It was my first time in Indiana and because of the hotel, I had a great first impression. Clean premises and appreciate the kindness!

Would stay again if in the area

Pros: Good location for what we needed. Seemed upgraded and clean

Cons: I had 4 people in my room and they would only give us 3 towels a day that we would have to ask for. The dirty towels piled up in the room for our 4 day stay. One day we left and were locked out of our rooms. Had to get new keys. No expirations or apologies.
