Hidden treasure

Pros: The staff were friendly and professional. When I decided to stay another day they made the transition from the booking site to just the hotel very quick and easy and got me a cheaper rate in the same room.

Cons: The only two things that I encountered as something that I didn't like was because of the location dordash got lost and I had to go find them to get my food. And also the way that the hotel faces is kind of confusing going in You pull in and you're on the back side and then the two sides are sides and you can't get in any of those doors The front is actually facing the interstate so it was kind of confusing but My lack of preparation also plays into that. So overall it is the best hotel in Anderson!

Fantastic overall

Pros: I will stay here again in the future. I only have two compliments about little stuff. The room was clean, staff was nice. Over all it was a very good experience.

Cons: My room door was very difficult to open. To the point I had to use all my weight to open the door. The entrance off the road was very rocky. The rest of the road/parking lot was very smooth tho.

Pros: I enjoyed using the digital key! So far this is the only Tru by Hilton hotel that actually works!

Great place to stay and value for your money

Pros: I really like the lounge area. Able to sit up watch TV , play pool and play games

Cons: We did not have an iron in our room. There were no shelves in the shower to place our soaps on. The pothole at the end of the drive.

Pros: The Tru By Hilton hotels are by the most comfortable and clean hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean and I like the walk-in showers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling.
