Clean and Safe. Good value

Pros: We mentioned to Heather that we needed to leave very early and asked if we could take a muffin for breakfast since breakfast would not be open at that time. She fulfilled our request with additional piece of fruit.

Good stay, quiet, clean rooms

Pros: Stacy called to make sure we were coming because we were late checking in. The night clerk, I didn't get his name was also great. Morning staff very friendly. Breakfast options were ok, good fruit selection.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: Clean, everyone working there was friendly, breakfast buffet was well stocked

Cons: Spa isn't working and won't be until December 2026, was a periodic pipe-knock from either the fridge or HVAC that was at times loud in the night

Pros: The room was great. Clean and spacious. I needed a place to stay for the night close to St. Vincent hospital in Anderson. It was easy to find. The breakfast was good and the coffee was hot! The only thing I found uncomfortable were the pillows, but the bed was great! Thank you!

Pros: This is my favorite and most comforting hotel. For years I have booked here just to relax with my little girl. It feels like home the quality cleanliness and price are perfect

Cons: This time my stay was for mental and physical exhaustion and being ill but this time was different. I checked in on the 21 with the thought process of check will be 22 about 1230 the manager came to door advising we missed noon checkout and had 10 minutes to leave. I apologized and chose not to question him. However getting my child and I ready packed up and straightened room yes later than desirable but as we were exiting the police were banging on the door. I explained the misunderstanding and apologized yet again and we left. However about an hour after we checked out the hotel took more money from my account. It was all the money I had left until my next pay and I am completely alone to provide for my child and I. I had no luck getting hotel to return the second charge they debited and I have paid a good penny over last 5 years to this hotel

Very good option for the cost!

Pros: The room was clean and the breakfast was very good! We have stayed at the hotel twice now, and it is convenient and reasonably priced.

Pros: It was everything we needed it to be! Friendly staff, comfy beds, hot breakfast, and a pool.

Cons: The vending machine was out of water :(
