Nice short stay overall, but parking is not safe!!

Pros: The proximity to the Easton Town Center Free parking The A/C Spacious room Quiet at night Staff nice and polite Easy check-in and check-out, even late at night Well-equipped gym

Cons: - Parking lot ISN’T SAFE. During our stay someone got his pickup truck broken into (rear seat window was broken) and it seems to be a very recurrent issue at this place! I’ve read it on some other reviews afterwards, and I’m really surprised that they haven’t even hired some private security to patrol the parking lot overnight. Don’t leave anything in your car overnight! And unfortunately, try not to have a too good looking car.. - Noisy fridge and noisy pipes in the wall (sometimes, I guess if someone is showering in another room or on another floor). I couldn’t hear it overnight, but in the morning I woke up and tried to go back to sleep and it was disturbing. - The free internet connection isn’t fast. (You have to pay for better connection..) - Staff wasn’t able to set me up with the digital key. (They didn’t even know what it was.)

Overall satisfaction

Pros: The Saturday morning Staff was more informative regarding reward bonus points and very pleasant. Beautiful smile made my day!

Pros: Cleanliness and location for the event I was attending. Staff was incredible

Cons: Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like

Pros: Easy check in. Very clean room. Very clean shower, bathroom area. Was very quiet and calm.

Cons: One main entrance was blocked and had to circle around. The roads that were difficult to get back to the other entrance. When I got to the other entrance, there was a no left turn sign. I had to turn to get in the hotel. If it was really busy with traffic, I would have caused a jam up.

Great Hotel

Pros: Location, staff, rooms and breakfast were all fantastic.

Cons: The beds were very badly needed replaced they were very uncomfortable. We had hard time sleeping and woke up hurting really bad.

This is definitely a great place to stay and we will be staying here again!

Nice comfortable stay

Pros: We traveled by bike and it was easy access from the bike trail. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a self serve laundry facility.

Cons: The bed was comfortable but extremely high. I am above average height and fairly fit and I felt like I was climbing to get into bed. Then the toilet was lower than normal. Just not very friendly for someone that might have a slight disability.

Great stay.would recommend. Just need to update their bedding
