The nicest place to stay in my experience!!

Pros: I have stayed at many hotels and suites, and honestly, I would put yours at the top of my list. Should I return to this area, your hotel will be my number one choice to stay.

Cons: The Saturday night parties were noisy, but not a problem.

Pros: The shuttle was great, breakfast was delicious, room was a good size

Cons: Beer caps under the chair made it seem like the room wasn’t as clean, not many coffee flavor options at breakfast

Pros: The breakfast was great everything was fresh and clean I will definitely stay there again if I'm in Columbus

Cons: The pool area was off the chain kids running everywhere being obnoxious parents just not watching them

Helpful staff and great location.

Pros: Great location. Close to everything you could need. Great breakfast buffet. Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Beds were comfy.

Cons: Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we had no sign out there saying we didn’t want it cleaned so we ran out of towels and kitchen area needed to be swept and cleaned up but I didn’t have a broom or cleaning supplies. The room is more like a hotel room with a little kitchen outside the bathroom but does the job.
