Great stay

Nice stay cation with my fiancee.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The hotel was nice! It was just a stay cation for us and we had a great time!

Cons: The pool could've been warm.

We loved this hotel and would stay again and again

Pros: We liked all of the hotel bed was super comfy, room and amenities were great. We would recommend to anyone visiting the area

Cons: Only thing we would say is put times for breakfast in room as online it had weekend times not week day

I recommend this hotel for all families. It was clean , comfortable and the location near a mall.

Pros: I liked the cleaness of the room and bathroom. The bed also was comfortable.

Cons: The variety of the breakfast to be including more foods. Although it was good.

Nice comfortable hotel at a good price and location

Pros: Not too close to the highway so no car noise which was great.

Cons: staff may have been overwhelmed from school break - not very friendly

Pros: This location is always a good place when friends and I go to galaxy con normally. Friendly people and clean. The breakfast is always yummy.

Mixed feeleings

Pros: Overall the room was okay. The staff was very friendly. The location was good as well.

Cons: I was traveling with my 10 yr old son and had purposefully booked a hotel with a pool so he could burn off some energy. I was disappointed to learn that the pool had been out of order for awhile and I was not informed of this prior to or even after booking until I was there in the lobby to check in. Also a few of our bath towels were not clean and had something smeared on them.

Pros: Location, staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast.

Cons: Room could be more soundproof. Woke at 6:00 to banging noise every few minutes for about 1-2 hours. Maybe someone's closet door? Water in shower was not very hot even turned up all the way.

Pros: Great location, staff was absolutely amazing, Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Very convenient for access to public transportation and walking distance to many businesses.

Cons: Avoid buying snacks and drinks from the front desk if you can. It is $4.50 for a bottle of water.
