Decent

Pros: Good location outside Cleveland. Good parking. Clean hotel.

Cons: Elevator had been broken for days and would not be fixed until after the holidays. We had a reservation but could not get a room on the first floor.

Would stay again.

Pros: Very clean. Good smell the minute you enter the door. Great breakfast. Very nice staff.

Cons: Fire alarm went off around 4:00 am. Only for a few minutes. It was a false alarm, but disrupted my sleep for awhile. Stayed 2 nights. Did not happen the second night.

Pros: It was a very nice clean up to date the breakfast was not horrible it was actually really good.

Cons: The parking lot was way too small and you barely had anywhere to park at.

Beautiful and clean and comfortable hotel with a great hot breakfast and easy on and off the highway

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel and was so clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. It had a natural essential oil scent I believe, that was so pleasant every time we were in the hallways or main desk. The hot breakfast was very good. The pancakes were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very nice.

Cons: The only thing that we could have complained about, but wasn’t the hotel‘s fault was that the sidewalks in this town of Elyria, Ohio we’re so dirty, and trash was everywhere and broken glass on the sidewalks when we walked to the gas station store. it wasn’t really a bad location and it was easy to get back on the highway.

Pros: Breakfast was great and included bacon, eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Pleasantly surprised with Holiday Inn IHG. Will certainlty look for these in the future. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet... could not ask for more.

Cons: TV could have been better, picture did not appear as clear as expected. Room was great, bathroom was great, shower was great, amenities (Dove) was great, People were great - everyone I dealt with was exceptional and happy to be there and assist with our requests.
