SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bridgeport Clarksburg

Pros: Room was spacious and everything looked recently renovated and clean.

We had just spent 3 nights there while visiting family for Christmas. Everything was great, rooms were clean and spaciou

Pros: It was clean, room was spacious, pool is a little small, but not a major thing for us.

All in all very good. People are nice

Pros: Breakfast was fine except it was supposed to be out at 6. They didn’t start putting it out till 6:20. Not fun when you want to get an early start on the road

Overall nice stay and always a good breakfast

Pros: Located right off the highway Near many restaurants and shopping

Cons: Have stayed here before and it’s very nice Just wished the website would have stated the pool Was closed for maintenance before I booked. It’s one of the big things I look for. Wish they would get the bar open.

Sweet Suite

Pros: Loved the suite. We needed an ADA room. It was great even had non slip bath mat.

Cons: The maid didn't clean our room after our first night

Overall it was a nice place.

Pros: Breakfast was sufficient, but a different brand of yogurt, or variety, would be better.

Cons: The Television operation was annoying. It would have been nice to have more in room coffee available.

Excellent Family Time

Pros: Shranda at the front desk was exceptional, we really appreciate her customer service with such grace!!

Pros: Bed, pillows were super comfortable, room was clean

Cons: The pool was way smaller than I thought. I felt like barely two families had enough room to swim in the pool.

Pros: Breakfast was decent. It was kinda hard to judge, tho, because there was some kind of Little League tournament so the place was overrun by kids and their parents. The lady that was keeping the breakfast buffet stocked had a difficult time keeping up. It was like a swarm of locusts! She did a great job. Room was good. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Hopefully without the hoards of kids next time.

Cons: The Little League swarm was kinda awful. The kids were loud, even at 11pm in the hallways. They made a mess in the pool, so it had to be closed and the rest of the guests were out of luck. They swarmed the breakfast buffet so it was not easy to get a decent meal. And there was no peace in the seating area. I don't blame the hotel. They did a great job keeping up. The front desk staff said they had hired private security but they never showed, so the staff had to handle a hotel full of kids. And their parents.

It was a beautiful hotel but wouldn’t count on all the amenities being available.

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very spacious which was great for staying with a family. We didn’t feel crammed like other hotels. The breakfast was great! We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn’t have much time but the back patio had a nice fire ring and two grills we wish we had more time to enjoy. It was a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay. They were great about our entire team being there.

Cons: Our first morning breakfast didn’t start on time. It was only about 15 minutes behind though. Second morning we waited the extra bit of time and everything was already gone but quickly restocked. However we were counting on it and on a time limit. The pool was closed during our first day so we didn’t get to enjoy it and the kids were looking forward to using it. They tried lighting the outdoor fire ring and couldn’t get it to work. We didn’t mind as we were busy with the tournament and understand things happen but if you’re staying for the amenities listed it’d be disappointing.
