Highly recommend

Pros: Fresh, clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Great reception. Great location.

The Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Pros: This is a pretty standard Accommodation that did not disappoint. I got what I expected for the price I paid. The breakfast was a notch up from the usual breakfast included fare. We were seated at a table and offered several different options including the custom ingredient omlettes we chose which were quite good.

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Large comfortable bed and limited but good food.

Cons: I wanted to have a soak in the hot tub, but it was down for some reason and unavailable.

Pros: The rooms are always very clean. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic aside from room request

Pros: It was super clean, very very comfortable! Ill be calling to find out what pillows and mattresses are used. Had lots of extras i didnt expect like lotion and shampoo

Cons: I requested a ground floor . I got a 4th floor farthest from elevator so it was a long walk back and forth if I wanted to go out. I have mobility and balance issues.i should have specified that when booking the room.

Restful, smooth sailing, really what we all needed.

Pros: Michael, at the front desk. was super accommodating and very kind. We had a truly restful time here thanks to his helpfulness and capability. Another young man was working the front desk for the afternoon shift, who was also incredibly kind. He chatted with my son about Switch games and was so patient. Very, very clean rooms. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We all came down with a cold, the shower water was hot and the pressure was amazing, we were genuinely able to recover a great deal.

Cons: We truly didn't dislike anything. My kiddos were bummed that the indoor pool was closed, it was 45 degrees outside, they'll truly be fine. We're from Texas. We can go home and swim.

Good hotel with great breakfast compromised by uncomfortably cold breakfast room .

Pros: The hotel was easy to find and get to. Our stay proved pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than expected. Make sure to choose the option that includes the breakfast in the in the online price. I had a very good multi-vegetable and cheese omelette with choice of meat or fruit.

Cons: The breakfast room is located too close to the front door and since it was cold outside the breakfast area was unacceptably cold. What a shame Hilton needs to be aware of and remedy this design flaw.

Great place to stay

Pros: Very clean and modern. The staff was so nice. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet, even with an event happening. Would def stay again.

Cons: Parking was tough. At the time we stayed a lot of large pickup trucks were there and it made it very difficult to park the car. But other than that the hotel was perfect.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Clarksburg WV.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and the room had everything we needed and was very clean. Food and gas was right up the street.

It was a warm and cozy room and my neighbors were very quiet!
