Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Weston by IHG

Pros: The room exceeded our expectations. First of all it was huge! The bed was very comfortable and the bedding super soft! The furnishings were great too. I loved the chez lounge for reading. So many lovely touches including the ottomans and the ambient lighting. Everything was updated and spotless. The bathroom shower was a walk-in and very spacious. The fridge and microwave were a very welcomed bonus. The staff were friendly and responsive. There was even a hot chocolate bar and fresh cookies waiting for us upon arrival.

Excellent except for the pet fee and access.

Pros: excellent almost across the board, excellent breakfast,

Cons: pet fee absolutely userous! I couldn't believe it. $75!!!! Seniors need their pets. Poorly marked access road. Get a bigger sign!

Pros: Staff pleasant and helpful, upgraded us to a suite, facilities great even though we didn't get to the pool, location easy to find, clean and comfy

Cons: Parking was scarce, lot needed to be plowed more due to snow

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Staff that checked in was very friendly. Rooms were laid out well but table was heavy to move for the fold out.

Cons: Morning staff not so friendly

The dent in my car tainted the stay, otherwise the everything else was good

Pros: The breakfast was good, but the flow was chaotic, Drinks just seemed to be in wrong place.

Cons: I had a dent in the right front light, that we did not see till we left the premises and no one called it out from the parking attendants.

Fully recommend this hotel

Pros: Honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in in a long time. The staff were awesome too. Would definitely recommend

Cons: Experienced overhearing an altercation with the evening manager and some people trying to check in - they had used a third party to book and there was only one room, they were expecting 3 There were some shouting and name calling and although they were assertive in trying to figure out a way to book the other two rooms (only one was confirmed and none other available) the clerk could have possibly assisted in finding an alternative location instead of taking it personally and exchanging strong words and language (helped me realize though, I had used a third party in booking.com, and will remember to call ahead to confirm in the future - I was fortunate in our room being booked and held, thank you)

Very nice, clean, quiet, comfy hotel that is easy to find and close to a variety of restaurants.

Pros: I liked the variety of breakfast foods. Everything was really delicious. I loved my room too. I was VERY happy about the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom. I also love the Dove products that are available. I love the coffee maker and the bed too! And I felt safe there as a woman traveling alone. No one bothered me, no one bothered my car, there were no loud parties. Shelly @ check in and Sherri @ check out were both very lovely and sweet and very helpful.

Cons: I didn't care for the pillows, but I like firm pillows and have never stayed at a hotel that had firm enough pillows for me. This would not preclude me from staying here again! I also feel like the door/room could be more soundproof, but I don't know that there is an easy fix for this. Every time someone left their room and shut their door, it startled me & woke me up. But I have stayed in other hotels with this same issue, and it's not a big deal.

Worth the money.

Pros: The staff was wonderful. Especially the front desk.

Cons: A few broken fixtures in the room. But it was not too much of disruption.
