Good hotel

Pros: Comfortable. Clean. Big rooms, Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Just off the highway, easy to find.

Pros: We needed to check in before a local wedding at 15.00. I emailed in advance, and they said they would try to have room ready early. Despite being full the night before, they had a room for us at 14.00. We were so grateful.

Great for a one night stay, which is all we needed

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was less than 5 minutes from our destination.

Cons: After arriving home from my stay, I noticed I had a charge on my card that should not be there. After calling the Holiday Inn they were told they could only see the one and this was a booking.com issue. I have submitted my documentation and am hoping to have this charge reversed as soon as possible.

Best Day ever

Pros: Juanita at check-in was extremely efficient and fast and had some of the best customer service skills I have ever encountered in a hotel.

Cons: I paid twice for the same night still waiting for the refund from booking.com

Pros: Great stop for an overnight stay on our road trip. Beds were really comfy, breakfast was nice and they gave us rooms next to each other which is always nice.

Very easy and comforting!

Pros: Breakfast was great! Comfy beds and helpful staff. Very spacious. They also accommodated our early arrival for the wedding we were attending.

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom (sink) was little to none.

I felt like I lived in my hometown of Vermilion again for a short period.

Pros: The staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was out of this world. It was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and I'm 60 years old.

Cons: Having to leave because I retired to Texas and I came home to visit and stayed at the hotel that I drove by for years but that was the first time ever actually entering the establishment and it truly made me feel like I was home again. Thank you!
