De beste locatie tot nu toe

Pros: Zeer ruime kamers. Lekkere bank, prima bed en goede douche. Goed voorziene keuken en een heerlijk rustige omgeving.

Cons: De televisie in de woonkamer had geen verbinding. Ik had hier geen behoefte aan. Ik weet zeker dat, als ik dit gemeld had, dat dit zo snel mogelijk opgelost zou zijn.

Soooo comfortable & clean hotel

Pros: We love this hotel. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, the price is right AND the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Okay--but needs improvement!!

Pros: Location and convenience was great. It was roomy and allowed for someone to sleep and other person to study or do other things outside of the room without disturbing someone's sleep. Great kitchen and counter facilities.

Cons: Very noisy outside our room and constant banging in early morning hours or late at night. Made sleep difficult. Bed was way to uncomfortable and needs replaced with better and newer mattresses. Staff--not very considerate or kind, and maintenance man banged on our door without cause or reason, trying to say he needed to check the room and he searched the whole room, without my husband's permission, even though my husband told him we did not call maintenance or say there was a problem with the window. My husband was very annoyed and disturbed by this burly man, banging on the door and demanding entrance into our hotel room, even without his permission. Very unprofessional!!!!

Nice hotel good location...

Pros: The hotel is in a good location with major restaurants stores shoppes etc in close proximity. The hotel seemed to be pack during our 2 day stay, but it was very quiet and didn't hear much noise at all. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the room had a dishwasher, full size fridge, and a 2 pot smooth cooktop if you wish to do any cooking in the room so that's a great asset to have. They always have pots pans dishes etc in the room for your pleasure. The room was very clean also

Cons: Had a small issue upon checking in but it was handled rather quickly. Wasn't much to dislike about the hotel. We had a queen size bed but didn't seem like a queen but that was minor. Water pressure in the shower could be better but again wasn't a major issue. Hotel does not offer breakfast which wasn't a major issue for us but they do offer a patio gazebo with 2 gas grilles for your convenience. Overall we would stay again if we come back to the area...

Value, location, amenities and great customer service!

Pros: Excellent value compared to other places we booked at during our trip. Staff were excellent, location was good, having a mini kitchen & full fridge is great, all hotels should do that.

Cons: Wasn’t anything we could think of that we didn’t like.

A wonderful stay full of pleasant surprises!

Pros: Front desk workers Nancy, Tammy and Janet were friendly, fun and more than willing to be as helpful as possible! The kitchenette was unexpectedly well equipped and useful, as well as free use of the laundry facility. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a much needed solid night’s sleep. This was my first stay at a Candlewood Suites, and from now on I definitely will consider staying at other Candlewood hotels instead of an Airbnb when I plan short trips!

Cons: Finding the hotel was confusing. I had to drive around to find it, but that could be remedied with better signage starting from the turn off Race Track Road.

Pros: Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were attending a concert at the casino. This hotel was a very short drive away, half the cost, and very nice.
