Hampton Inn & Suites Wheeling - The Highlands

A reasonable value for the money.

Pros: Easy to access from I-70. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quick response to get TV activated. Friendly staff.

Cons: If our room was an example, more than a little renovation work needs to be done. Our room -especially the bathroom had a heavily used look.

Pros: Treated very well, room was clean and very comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful from the moment I stepped through the door. The gym and pool were excellent and the room was great. I slept very well in an extremely comfortable bed.

Great and friendly staff everyone was so nice

Pros: The property was neat and clean and organized staff very friendly our room was amazing after switching rooms because the first room had lady bugs and stink bugs everywhere on the windows and curtains because of the AC is what we was told immediately after calling the front desk Mark came to our room with another room key and he also offered to go check the new room out to make sure everything was good before we left the old room he was so nice and helpful I feel like he went above and beyond his duties he was mainly focused on us being comfortable and satisfied we were through out our weekend stay he was so polite and always greeted us when we was going and coming great conversations overall he was the best always making sure we was good and that if we needed anything to let him know we really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again Mark is the real MVP

Cons: Breakfast was ok I don’t eat pork and they only had pork sausage I wish they had chicken or turkey sausage as an option I had eggs and I ate some of the waffle the muffin was good and the OJ was great it wasn’t a bad breakfast it just could of had more options but I was satisfied it came with the stay

Pros: Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Gesundes Essen war nicht Priorität.

Cons: Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten die Gäste in Zimmer nebenan verstehen.

Excellent and would definitely stay again

Pros: Workers were the most friendly. Everything was clean in the room except two stains on the curtain. We had everything we needed and loved the free wi-fi. Breakfast was also delicious.

Wonderful place to stop on our journey

Pros: Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains/forest outside, which was an unexpected treat! I felt safe while walking our dogs in the surrounding area, and our children really enjoyed the pool!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Good for an overnight stay while on the road.

Pros: Room size was good and TV was great. Staff was friendly.

Cons: Pillows were too soft. Bathroom setup could have been better. Breakfast was just so-so.

Pros: Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious for the whole family!

Cons: Better indoor pool but this is me being picky
