Great place to stay, would definitely stay again!

Pros: Very nice place to stay, room was super nice and spacious. We were there for a tournament at Oglebay Park and the motel was a short easy drive!

Cons: Ice machine was out of order

We will stay there again!

Pros: Location was great for what we needed. Love that it is so close to Oglebay Park.

Cons: Breakfast was Ok. I miss the warm cinnamon rolls and wish they offered pancakes and waffles more than once a week. We were there for 8 days and ate breakfast everyday.

An exceptional hotel and we will be sure to stay there on our next trip through Wheeling, WV.

Pros: A rather unique suite design that made the most of the space available. Whomever prepares the breakfast should go on the road teaching other hotel cooks how to prepare scrabbled eggs! the best I've ever had in any hotel - and in most restaurants.

Cons: As seniors, we need night lights in the rest room. We carry one with us, but there was no outlet in the actual toilet room. This is something that should be considered in future designs.

Convenient, Comfortable, Clean and Friendly

Pros: Our stay at springhill suites was wonderful! Very convenient location to the event we were going to. Plus, it's close to other amenities (a supermarket and a CVS.) The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I would absolutely use springhill suites again! Highly recommend.

Cons: There aren't too many restaurants in the area.

Great place to stay in this area!

Pros: Just a solid place to stay. Bed was comfy and the AC worked great ! The breakfast bar was really good also!

The hotel was nice and I would recommend staying here to others

Pros: That the rooms were very comfortable and the other guests were quiet

Cons: The check in process. Something was wrong with the room key maker and the receptionist had to made them in another room. Then I had to come back to the front desk and have another key made for my husband because only one was made.
