Comfortable with excellent breakfast.

Pros: Very comfortable accommodation in good location. Walmart right next door but not too close. Plenty of eating options nearby (walkable). Breakfast was excellent. We were impressed. Ideal for our overnight stay.

Cons: For us, everything was fine.

Adventures trip on 4th at almost heaven WV

Pros: Perfect Location and staff members are so helpful specially the Karen at the front desk she’s so good and helpful she told us about the Grand vue park near to the hotel to do lots of adventure activities that was amazing because of hers we made so many beautiful memories.

Cons: Indoor pool can be added rest are fine

Had a great stay, comfortable bed, clean, kind people.

Pros: Always get what I expect. Very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the lady working it is wonderful. Sorry I don't remember her name. Does a great job with a smile!

Cons: There was the smell of bleach throughout the hotel. I love bleach, but needs toned down some.

Okay.

Pros: The breakfast was good and sufficient. You really need to add Hazelnut coffee flavored creamers, and Irish Crème flavored as well.

Cons: I did not like the way Bookings .com handled our payment of the room. I paid for the room prior to leaving home had a receipt monies had been accepted but when I got there had to flash my card again and be told no funds available. This was unacceptable.

Pros: Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, well stocked buffet. Room was clean with adequate towels, etc. shower worked well, plenty of hot water, etc.

Cons: Location was fine once there but a little difficult to get to.
