Excellent service and great place to be

Pros: Great service as usual.beem coming back for three years now. Rooms decor make me smile and staff are excellent.

Cons: Not in the center

Pros: The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was great. The location is good, near the Cincinnati childrens hospital.

Cons: However the information about the pack delivery was confused. We did not have a included breakfast, there was some differences between Booking and hotel previous information.

Pros: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (especially Angie!), a great hotel bar and just a delightful place to stay at - very positive atmosphere.

Pros: loved the motif, convenient location, family friendliness, just like the hotel overall.

Cons: cleaning fees, yet our room was not cleaned daily. also the shampoo bottle was empty we had to ask for refill. But that's okay, as it was resolved right away.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff - everyone we interacted with had a smile and was looking to help in any way they could. Rooms were spacious and clean. Common areas were inviting.

Pros: It was close to the zoo, the staff were friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious.

Cons: Wish breakfast was free, but better to have freshly cooked eggs, and the avocado toast was amazing!

Good

Pros: I had a great day at the graduate in Cincinnati. The hotel staff was very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. I really enjoyed my stay and will always stay there when I’m traveling to Cincinnati.

Great place to stay

Pros: Had a great stay. Food from the lobby bar was good. Beer was cold. The atmosphere was just chill. Would definitely stay again next time in the area! You won't be disappointed. Just stay here.

We loved our stay at Graduate Hotel because of the fun vibe, friendly staff and cleanliness.

Pros: Wow! The breakfast was SO good. The staff at Poindexter Coffee are so sweet and quick with service. I was hooked on the vegetarian breakfast burrito — SO good! My daughter and I loved the ease of being able to grab a quick breakfast onsite. We were so happy that beyond the convenience, the food and coffee were great! We also took advantage of the free bikes. We borrowed two bikes and took a spin through the University of Cincinnati campus. It was free, spontaneous and one of our favorite things we did while we were there!

Cons: We just wished there was a late-night food option. Maybe even some grab and go sandwiches, salads, etc. I know there are chips and drinks, but a little something beyond that for guests who want something after the restaurant service ends. We returned to our room late, after a concert, and there were no nearby food options. We were visiting without a car and used Uber during our trip. Some grab and go options, that are more substantial, maybe in a cooler, would be perfect. We would’ve been happy to pay the front desk or add it to our room charges. Other than that, there isn’t anything we didn’t like.

We will definitely stay at this hotel when in Cincinnati.

Pros: The hotel and rooms were clean. The decor was a real surprise, and we really liked it. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly.
