Jasmine needs a raise she go above and beyond for her customers to meet our needs.

Pros: I like how Jasmine was very helpful with my check in she is amazing and wonderful. I like being around works that like they job.

Cons: The couch bed could of been cleaned from the last person staying in the room I had. And there was someones hair everywhere.

Overall a great stay ! The staff really were the highlight of our stay .

Pros: Very friendly staff! Especially the sweet afternoon manager that was there during our check in, we had a small payment issue with booking and she remained patient and understanding even though she was for sure having an overwhelming afternoon .

Cons: The location was a little sketchy but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Also the back of the toilet and shower had hair .

Pros: Staff super friendly, rooms very nice for the price.only recommendation would be some blackout curtains for the windows.

Pros: Needed a room close to the University of Cincinnati Hospital. I was surprised the room was so nice and comfy

Cons: The parking lot was full of snow and made parking an adventure. There are not a lot of food choices around Wish there was a restaurant near to sit down and eat
