Very friendly and relaxing

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I didn’t like that there wasn’t any designated parking and that we would have to pay to have someone park our car after paying a lot to stay there.

Great location and value if you want to stay downtown

Pros: Location was perfect for the venue we were attending and breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful

Cons: It was very cold while we were there and we couldn't get our room to go above 68 but other than that the room was all we needed

Clean, welcoming, and comfortable; would definitely stay again!

Pros: Beautiful property with very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and modern. Complimentary breakfast was typical, clean, and tasty. Great location with beautiful views.

Cons: One of the elevators was out of service for a day, caused a bit of a delay but nothing too terrible. Some of the outlets did not work in the room. Located in business district so lots of surrounding things closed on weekends during off season (Feb)

MS. KAREN IS THE BEST AND DESERVES A NICE RAISE SHE REPRESENTS RESIDENCE INN WELL!!!

Pros: My wife and I love this hotel and it's staff,they are the best! In particular Karen,Joycelin and J the valet guy. Ms. Karen is so nice,kind,courteous and professional! She always goes the extra mile and makes us feel special and like family! KUDOS TO HER ALWAYS ,WE LOVE HER!!!
