Fantastic location and tidy hotel.

Pros: Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Cincinnati. The staff were fantastic and helpful, especially with recommendations. We eat in the hotel restaurant one night and it was a great choice with the menu offering a good range of food.

Pros: How clean it sorta was, the greenery throughout and the rooms where cozy

Cons: The pool wasn’t heated so it was kinda pointless and they should definitely tell you that you have to pay a $100 deposit once you get there. I was unaware of this and only came with cash after my Uber dropped us off so we had to hunt down a reload center to add money on my card. Very inconvenient

Will definitely come back to this property

Pros: A great location around the corner from the casino and we were going to the Bengals game the next day and driving to the stadium was no problem at all

Cons: Really not much the only problem I thought we were gonna have was parking, but they have added valet parking so no problems there

Amazing hotel

Pros: Loved the king suite, loved the breakfast buffet and loved the location of the hotel. It was close to a lot of places downtown. And the shower was amazing.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about.
