Good location for Kings Island

Pros: Modern. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location for Kings Island Amusement Park. Just off I-71. Safe area.

Cons: Toilet got blocked which is a common problem at many USA hotels. USA toilets don't seem to be very well designed. Flashing light on smoke alarm in room was slightly annoying.

Nice Stay - great location!

Pros: Solid breakfast every morning and the curtains that shut out the light even during the day was fantastic. Our trip included King's Island so being right across the street really helped out.

Cons: Could have used a microwave in the room instead of having to go to the lobby. The pool and room was a bit smaller than we would have liked for the family, but it was clean and nice so doable.

I will always book with TRU when we're visiting kings island. GREAT location and FAMILY friendly.

Pros: Breakfast was great. It was ready at exactly 6am and had an exceptional selection for a healthy start to the day.

Cons: The corners of the bed frame would have been better if they were protected with soft corner padding. I was traveling with my child who has special needs, and kept hitting his legs on the sharp corners.

Our stay was comfortable and the room was nice.

Pros: The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. And the location was perfect.

Cons: There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was really small. There was not much space for luggage or places to put clothes or shoes. The bathroom shower was nice but the door would not stay shut all the was and water would puddle on the floor outside the shower door.

Clean, comfortable, modern accomodations.

Pros: I did not interact with anyone at the front desk since I opted for the digital key. The digital key worked fine and I was able to check-in and check-out all on the app. Nice breakfast layout and the food tasted good. There are nice touches like built-in nightlight in bathroom and dimmers on the floor lamp.

Cons: In order to share the digital key, I would have had to have my wife add the Hilton app. We opted not to do that.

Would definitely stay here again

Pros: It was welcoming and comfortable. Great location, lots to do on property, good hot breakfast!

Exceptional

Pros: Very nice front desk personnel. The Mgr is very helpful. The facility is pristine clean!!! All areas were clean and that's what I look for. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. No noise at night at all. Will definitely stay here again. Also the free breakfast is really great.

Cons: I can't think of a thing that we disliked. We had our two small dogs and all went well

Great location for Kings Island, nice hotel, and good breakfast

Pros: We stayed at this hotel while we’re visiting Kings Island, and it was the perfect location only a few minutes from the gate. The breakfast was good and the person attending kept everything filled and was very helpful. The room was clean and we had a good stay.

Cons: Everthing was good.

Pros: We chose Tru because it stated that it was close to Kings Island and it truly was. Only a 5 minute drive. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were several different options for breakfast - which were delicious! The staff were super nice. My family and I would definitely stay again.
