Pros: The room itself was great; however, the remainder of the facility could do with a refresh...

Great value and comfortable

Pros: The suite was big. Kitchenette was much bigger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent and nice hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: It wasnt spotless but it was cleaned where it mattered. Room was clean, hallways and elevators were rough, but like I said it was clean where it mattered.

A nice comfortable stay breakfast dissatisfied

Pros: Very nice 2 bedroom suite! Comfortable for the whole family

Cons: Pool needs replacing wasn’t open probably due to season. Dishwasher mildewed. No juice for kids at breakfast the man told us to go to the gas station. Food was cold gravy, biscuits, sausage.

Pros: There was a problem with maintenance, but instead of kicking me out, the Hotel worked with me and actually gave me an upgraded room even on the last minute

Loved this place!

Pros: Awesome breakfast. Clean room. Hot water. No bugs. Nice staff. Super affordable. I'd definitely stay again!

Cons: Sofa bed didn't have sheets. It was tiny, like, for one person. But it wasn't a huge issue. Hotel is a little dated, but not a big deal to me.

Extended stay

Pros: The rooms were plain, but they were clean, and spacious— with plenty of room for my teenage son, my younger daughter, my husband and I. They had Wi-Fi, and the staff was very friendly— They all worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked the convenience of it being close to downtown.

Cons: Some of the rooms were not very well kept. They were not dirty, but they were not very well cared for, or maintained. (Cracks in the ceiling, walls, and holes in the windowsill’s. It smelled like mildew and mold.) They did not have enough blankets,sheets, or pillows for my family. My daughter didn’t have 1 pillow , or sheet to use on the pullout couch. She ended up having to use my robe as a blanket because they were out of blankets and pillows. They definitely need a maintenance person to help with the upkeep, and they need to buy more sheets, blankets, pillows... LINENS. Also, I needed dish soap in the kitchen, or some kind of soap to use in the dishwasher.
