Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Located close to everything including Kings Island amusement park. Great breakfast included.

Cons: Breakfast finished at 9:00 during the weekdays, please make it 10:00 like the weekends.

Pros: Environment, extremely helpful staff, cleanliness. The staff was very helpful, and accommodating, very friendly. Everyone was punctual.

Cons: I was unable to fully close my curtains, my window didn't accommodate that, and as a result I had lights from the business across the street glaring into my room all night. It made it difficult to sleep.

Pros: The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not eat the breakfast or use the pool area. The gym was decent, however. For the price and location you can't beat it.

Great place to stay for the price.

Pros: The room was very clean and is updated. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a pretty good selection. The breakfast room is also nicely updated, I really liked the fireplace wall, it is beautiful.

Cons: There was only shampoo in the room, not conditioner. I asked the staff and they said they do not have conditioner available. The pool and hot tub area needs updating. The tile walls/lining are crumbling off both the pool & spa, and the spa jets didn't always work. I would also highly recommend a different tile for the flooring around the pool & spa. The current tile is very slippery when wet, so it is unsafe. You need to put in something that has texture, not smooth.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located of I-71. It had a hot tube and pool which looked nice. The hotel offered a nice breakfast. The beds were a bit to high but comfortable. All for a reasonable price too. Will definitely consider booking again when I'm in the area.
