Weekend stay in Cincinnati

Pros: Location price always clean rooms the shower and water pressure was outstanding

Even though the hotel was packed with people, it was actually pretty quiet and comfortable.

Pros: Comfortable bedding. Quiet. Black out shades. The way the hotel was situated, it felt a little more private and weren't assaulted with all the traffic noise and bright lights.

Cons: Elevators took way too long. High price for a one night stay.

Comfortable and safe

Pros: The water pressure was fantastic in the shower . Rooms were clean . Pool and excersize room were great . Location was also awesome.

Cons: It’s clean and it’s easy to get to restaurants

Pros: I liked the lobby and the staff was very accommodating with a rollover bed. It was delivered to our room within 30 minutes of our arrival / check in.

Cons: Beers were expensive at the hotel lobby lounge.

Pros: Layout of the entire facility was impressive and smart. Lobby and bar area was very nice. Rooms spacious and well maintained.

Cons: Only thing aggravating was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Great hotel in a great location, especially if you are a Cinci Open fan.

Pros: Location and proximity to Cinci Open. Lobby and bar were great too.

Cons: Elevator! It scared me to death, the doors were not opening and it was going to different floors without opening.

Nice stay except for not receiving my refund .

Pros: It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We also liked the shower very relaxing.

Cons: I didn’t know that there was 100 incidental charge when I went to check in. I was never told my total before I began to pay. After I switched to a different card it sent me a declined message and said the total was more than what I originally thought. Then the clerk told me oh it is a 100 incidental charge that you will get back when you check out. Had I known that I would have moved more money from my account so my card wouldn’t have kept declining. I still haven’t received my $100 back it has been almost a month when they told me 3-7 days.
