Clean hotel friendly service good price

Pros: the staff were excellent ; Very friendly and helpful the breakfast was good We were just there overnight and left in the morning at checkout the hotel is acceptable

Cons: rooms need updated our room had an odd smell to it like maybe an old nicotine smell the bathrooms, although clean were clearly in need of update

A great place to stay.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and well kept establishment. A very enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool area was great. Location was easy to get to and close to all amenities.

Pros: Everything! The view is amazing especially when the snow is falling! The staff was amazing! The cleanliness was top tier! Breakfast was good!

Cons: Only issue is the hot tub doesn’t have the jets and the bathroom hand dryer didn’t work!

Pros: We stay here most usually when we come to PA which is usually every 2-3 months. The lady at the front desk had a smidgen of attitude I tried to lighten it up but didn't really work. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel. I would stay again.

Pros: The breakfast was good and offered many choices. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The room and public areas were very clean. There was plenty of parking. Less than a mile from The Hollywood Casino and Racetrack. Less than a mile from the freeway. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and gas stations nearby.

Cons: The room smelled of mildew which I am allergic to.

Pros: The front desk woman (short black hair, cannot remember her name to save my life) was SO incredibly kind and helpful! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average though the man taking care of everything was prompt and maintained the areas cleanliness.

Overall very good experience

Pros: Like the location,the beds are very comfortable, cleanliness of the room, friendly staff and the breakfast is good with a lot of choices. I also requested a ground floor room and was happy they were able to arrange it for me.

Cons: Keep the breakfast available longer, atleast until 10 AM instead of 9 AM
