Good location Ok one night stay

Pros: Location off main highway. Staff accommodating Breakfast included

Cons: Looking a bit tired The surface of the desk chair was torn A plug was damaged and unavailable There was damage to tub Hooks in bathroom torn off wall

Pros: Good breakfast and employee in charge of breakfast. Clean room

Pros: Our room was quite far from the lobby where the breakfast served. We hadn't asked for any special accommodations so made no complaint. Next time we will know to speak up when booking. The breakfast was very good and consisted of good variety. Had no trouble eating it everyday during our 2 week stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate every request even adjusting a mobility aid for me and then checked with me several times to make sure it didn't need further adjusting.

Cons: The distance from lobby to room. Not facility's fault! (See previous answer.)

Pros: Staff Courtesy, spacious room, hall interior design, cleanliness

Cons: A bit too far from downtown Pittsburgh

Peaceful stay!

Pros: The guy from New York thats over the kitchen has great customer service. The people at the front desk was also nice.

Cons: The pool needs a big make over and needs to be heated! The desk chairs in the room should not have rips in them.

Pros: The rooms were well-appointed and clean. Breakfast was very nice and the Staff member working the buffet was outstanding. Herb was friendly, helpful and engaging. He's a great asset to the property.

Not as nice as Drury Inn, and not as good a value either

Pros: Beautiful lobby; Nice neighborhood that felt very safe; Very comfortable beds.

Cons: Breakfast seemed cheap and not exactly a lot of choices. Room decor seemed dated. Not exactly the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Location was a long way off the freeway.

Pros: The staff was amazing! Very clean, decorated for Christmas so cute

A Great Choice!

Pros: Spacious room. Pleasant staff. Cheerful seasonal decorations in lobby. Great breakfast. Ice machine on each floor. Restaurants nearby. Great value.

Cons: You gotta fix the little things before they get bigger. The office chair in our room needs to be replaced. Fabric is ripped. There is a cap missing on the plastic bolt that attaches the toilet seat. Doesn’t look very nice.
